MOW Video captured extensive footage from the Tröma Nagmo Retreat held over Thanksgiving 2003, at ODD Urban Retreat in Alameda, California, lead by Lopön Nikula and translated by Sangye Khandro. He taught from the Heart Essence of Saraha, An Ornament of The Great Mother's Wisdom and the Urn of Siddhis Retreat Manual. Lopön gave instruction on ngöndro accumulation, phowa, the four feasts, and retreat instructions. He lead us in the practice of the concise and intermediate sadhanas, the four feasts, ngöndro, and phowa practice. We also videotaped Tsampa Sonam, the omzed, in a solo performance of the Four Feasts and the Lu Jin.
